Comast vs. PR/bulk mail

I used to get a lot of garden PR and several newsletters,  but it's dwindled to almost nothing in the last few months. I just learned that Comcast has been blocking several newsletters, despite repeatedly asking them not to do so, both emailing Comcast and setting my spam settings to not filter.  Comcast has apparently been a royal PITA to some content providers, and refuses to change. 

Any solutions? Individual emails seem to go through. Bulk does not. I've got a  couple of yahoo accounts, but I'd really like to use a "real" email address for my GWA and other listings.
