Pearl's Premium grass seed

Thanks everyone for your feedback, especially Lorraine and Gloria.  It's good to hear that it's not just all hype.  I went back to the website and did see the breakdown of grasses (thanks Denise!) there (fescues mostly) so this looks like it's similar to EcoLawn (http://www.theecolawn.com/) that is being marketed up here in Canada.  I can't find any Canadian retailers for Pearl's.  

I also saw a product with clove oil for weed control (can't remember the name and don't know it they'd ship this to Canada anyway).  Has anyone had any experience using it or any other natural herbicide against hogweed?  I have it at a client's garden coming up in the grass and already spent a week last summer in agony from contact to my bare legs.  :c(
