I think some of my questions (below) have been discussed previously, but I
didn't keep the info.  I'm putting together a proposal and need the
following statistics.  Where would I find them?  National Gardening's Bruce
Butterfield gathers some of these, but I can't afford to pay the $$$ to get
them.  TIA

1.  How many people are vegetable gardeners?
2.  How many people grow fruit?
3.  How much money is spent annually on vegetable and fruit gardening?
4.  How many people are interested in vegetable gardening?
5.  How many people are interested in unusual and/or odd plants?
