Heronswood Ownership

 Last year, Burpee contracted to buy Heronswood, and in their press release,
 stated that Heronswood would continue to be run by Dan Hinckley, the former
 owner.  Then Burpee declared bankruptcy; the gossip was that the Heronswood
 purchase, along with other economic strains from retail ventures,
 precipitated the legal action.  I assumed that Heronswood was still in
 Burpee hands, since the bankruptcy proceedings were reorganization, not
 liquidation.  On Friday, a person who lives down the road from Heronswood,
 who I was interviewing for an article, said that Burpee's purchase of
 Heronswood did not go through and that Heronswood is still owned by Dan
 Hinckley.  Does anyone know who now does own Heronswood?
