Sorry you had a problem with the CD...if you'd contacted me again perhaps I could have walked you through it. ..I've found that if you open Acrobat Reader BEFORE opening the CD it usually works just fine and people are either copying the disc onto their hard drive or copying and pasting it into Word format if they want to add their own information into the database. Adding a pronunciation section is a good idea and one I can incorporate in the 2004 CD. Oh, I've also found that if you have serious space limitations on your hard drive it won't work. It needs enough room to be opened and it's large because of all the photos.
