Re: voice recognition software

Just wondering if anyone has experience with the use of voice-recognition software to simplify the typing of stories. As a four-finger typist for too long, I figure there must be a way to speed things up. Does anyone use it, and is it any good? I use a Macintosh computer. If anyone has any good advice I'd love to hear it. My
email address is tonyfawcett@bigpond.com.

Oh I can respond to that one. Are you using system X yet? I just downloaded some voice recognition software that apple is distributing free of charge. Go to http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/productivity_tools/ilisten.html
and check it out. I am just about to upgrade to system X so I'll be testing it soon.
