Try Dictionary of Plant Names, Allen Coombes, Timber Press.

If you buy any pronouncing dictionary, make sure it is American and not
British. I had a conniption once while going through a list of names,
finding that I wasn't pronouncing anything correctly, realizing
ultimately that it was by a British publisher.
