Yes, Herbaceous Perennial Plants, Copyright 1989, published by Varsity
Press, Inc., in Athens, Georgia, has pronunciation guides. The newer book,
Armitage's Garden Perennials, published by Timber Press in 2000, does not,
but is distinguished by many photographs per entry for each genus, and even
for certain species, and those photos include but are not limited to the
stage where the plant is in full bloom. Both books are excellent, in
different ways.
