Re: Lawsuit Search

Go to a public law library and ask for help, Doreen. You won't get results of lower court decisions, but you will get results of appellate court decisions, and those are the ones that actually form the law. Also ask for help "shepherdizing" (sp?) that identifies where subsequent citations of X case have focused or distinguished on discrete parts of the decision. Law cases are thoroughly indexed and easily found. You'll wonder why the rest of the world doesn't operate that way. Margaret Lauterbach
