Scotts to take over retail portion of PHC
Organic supplier Plant Health Care has entered a global partnership with Scotts Co. Scotts will take over all retail sales and marketing for PHC. As part of the agreement, PHC will tentatively continue to manufacture the mycorrhizal fungi and beneficial bacteria products. Scotts plans to test market the products in several states in 2005. PHC plans to continue its primary focus on supplying the commercial market.
