I have this.  I use it a lot.  It appears to be well-made
and works very well.  I bought two extra trays so that I
have six in all, and it will easily handle six trays at
once.  I dehydrate herbs, tomatoes, other veggies, and fruit
in it.

Their 'clean-a-screen' (for herbs and other small things, so
they don't fall through the tray) is very useful.  However,
you can also just put a piece of nylon net over the tray and
it serves the purpose.
