Re: Rose source

Lon - I found this rose listed in the a Bucks Rose catalog given to me as a
reference . The contact person is Julie Gustafson, Iowa State University,
515-294-9442.
You might also contact Nancy Lindley. Great lakes Roses (Michigan)
734-461-1230. She specializes in own root roses and grow many Bucks. Since
Sparkler is listed in the cat along with a color photo she may very well
grow it.  Also, Nancy hosted G. Bucks' widow, Ruby and daughter and daughter
Mary,  a couple of years ago and is probably still in contact with them.
They were on a program tour promoting the roses.
