garden thugs:
an alternate view

the growers who package up inappropriate plants for their specific regions
the people who sell the plants they know they shouldn't especially nurseries 
and garden centres
the uniinformed "naturalists" who should know better but don't
the politicians who chose expediency when passing laws
the landscapers who toss it into the planting mix because it is native
the homeowner that doesn't follow through with proper cultural care
the garden writers that don't think through what they are telling their 
readers

plants are plants, neither good nor bad.
we're the ones messing up.
