Any time I have a particularly solemn audience i find suggesting this
is a real ice breaker coming up to question and answer sessions.
People are always amazed to hear the urine is pretty near sterile and
therefore a very safe nitrogen source. I have all our male staff
trained to pee on the compost heap when there aren't any visitors in
the garden. They normally check for hovering females before they head
in that direction and if we see a man heading towards to compost heap
without a wheelbarrow we stay clear
