Congratulations. I shall keep reminding myself that being on sale is not 
quite the same as being remaindered.

A story about vanity publishing. I recently spent some time with my 
daughter's father-in-law. He had spent his life as a significant figure in 
some of our generation's major events and decided to write his 
autobiography. Interesting as his life may have been, it was not best seller 
material, so he self published with the help of someone in the business. It 
carried the colophon of a publisher in Baltimore. He explained that the 
publisher was totally made up to give the book legitimacy.

Anyway, you can bet I'll put your sale in my Christmas gift column.
