Hi Andrew,
Be sure to suggest that they go over to the UGA Trial Gardens and see what
they would like to grow in person! There are sales in the spring.
Also, what about a used copy of the out-of-print but v useful *Southern
Herb Growing* by Madeline Hill + Gwen Barclay?
