This explains why I haven't been paid for  website work at www.burpee.com.
You may remember I was complaining about that last week and asking for
suggestions on how to collect my money.  I guess this will qualify as a "bad
debt" write-off in the eyes of the IRS.  I filed a suit against Burpee in
small claims court last week--wonder if it will be covered under the Chapter
11 umbrella.
