[GWL]: GWAA Meeting for GWL
So far 15 members of this list have notified me that they will attend a
listserv meeting at the GWAA symposium in Orlando. Due to the small numbers
and problems securing a meeting room at the hotel, we will meet as follows:
When: Friday, Nov. 9, 5 p.m.
Where: Trellis Court Lobby Lounge at the Hyatt Orlando. This bar is in or
near the entrance lobby. Consult the hotel information that will be in your
room for a map of facilities.
I will be making arrangements with the Trellis Court staff to set aside
tables for our group. And, I will post a sign to guide you. The meeting is
timed between the end of regional round tables and the reception (sponsored
by Espoma) in the exhibition hall. We can have a drink, visit and then
proceed to the free drinks in the exhibit hall!
