T&M images

Graham,
I find Thompson & Morgan and the people there very helpful when it comes to borrowing images. On the US side, however, I've been told they have only slides (and sometimes they do not have the rights to the image and so can't let me borrow them). Recently, they forwarded me to the UK side of things for images. They, too, were helpful, and sent what I requested digitally straight to my editor. Perhaps if I had given them more time they might have sent me a CD (I too easily slip into this rushed-newspaper-deadline thing).

Someone with T&M US once told me that she thought that a CD would be put out of all the images in the catalog and could be sent out to garden writers. I thought this was a fabulous idea, but haven't heard anything else about it. Do you know about it?
