I would highly recommend One World Language Services in Dallas, TX. At my
day job with Horticultural Printers we have used them for 6 years
translating plant tags and catalogues. They are already familiar with
horticultural terms due to their experience with us. We recently took bids
on translating text for our Lowes hang tag database - over 325,000 words. I
took bids from four large companies I found on the internet and One World
Language was the lowest at $.12 per word, including proofreading. Other
quotes ranged to over $.20 per word and they were not a quick as One World
Language.

You can contact them at:

email: ghayes@oneworldlanguage.com

I have worked with Ivana.

By the way - forget altavista's Babelfish and off-the-shelf software - it's
embarrassingly bad. Nothing beats a real person who understands the native
language to convey the message correctly. Our favorite story about this from
the Internet refers to a sign reportedly posted in a far east hotel:
"The water in this hotel has personally been passed by the Manager." Well,
it's pretty close. Reminds me of my printed VCR instructions.
