Re: gardenwriters Digest, Vol 9, Issue 4

Thanks, Lon for the announcement about the Macroscope at
www.closetoinfinity.com . At least I didn't have to be shameful and do that
myself. I've been working on this for three years with my own money and it
is nice to see it coming out. Plus, it is so much better than the prototypes
I have been using. I am addicted to mine and now can have a GOOD one!

The For those of you who are photographers, this Macroscope is like having a
macro lense but without the camera and WITHOUT having to get right up to the
item. You can stand back six feet and see macro....really something. You can
finally see what is going on at soil level without bending. At 18 inches, it
will blow your mind. Those who used it to see the Cicadas coming out of
their shells at the GWAA know what I am talking about.

A great holiday present and column idea..."gardener's finally get a new
tool"....but let me tell you it works great in a museum looking at painting
strokes and because it goes to infinity, it replaces your binoculars....

If you want, we can arrange.interviews with the inventor, the story of the
new genus of worm already discovered by this fellow using the scope, how it
got to market, blah, blah!.We will have "loaners" available in about two
weeks....sorry, can't give them away by agreement with the company!

The Macroscope ships on October 15. There is a limited first run and only
folks close to the GWA know this, so order now and get readers to do so as
well! The holidays are coming........

Ok.ok.......sorry, I get carried away. Contact me off line!\

Excited,

Jeff L
