Re: Photographer sued for landscape photos


There is one sentence in the story that is critical.  The photographer  
apparently entered the property illegally, without permission...to take the  
picture.  If the picture had been taken from outside the property without  
trespassing I think it would be an entirely different issue.  Let's see  what the 
Federal court has to say.
