Sheraton Offer

Did any of you receive an email from the Sheraton Hotel in OKC thanking you for your stay and offering future stays at $99 a night?  One was in my inbox, and it prompted me to think that the GWA special rate of $120 may have not been the best deal.  Maybe I should have booked through Expedia.
