You Tube and My Space

Is anyone else using You Tube or My Space as a promotional or networking
tool? 

I just put a portion of a presentation I did up on You Tube and also have a
My Space page. 

The URL's to my You Tube page is
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=SheriAnnRicherson and the URL to My
Space is http://www.myspace.com/sheriannricherson

Feel free to drop by and leave some comments.

In addition to these two pages I still have http://www.exoticgardening.com/ 
and http://www.sheriannricherson.com/

I would love to hear others opinions.
