kindle etc?

If my and most people's experience with the iPhone is any indication,
the reported iTablet will be a platform which will revive magazines
and newspapers and kick Kindle and others out of the water. Don't buy
one yet. Wait until first quarter, 2010, IMHO..we will all be writing
(and perfuming) for Tabmags and Tabnewspapers. The reports seem to
indicate Apple has entered into deals with all sorts of publishers.
The example shown in pictures is National Geographic.....the colors on
this thing are going to be 7x better than they are in magazines,
however, they measured that I don't know, and in theory you can
subscribe to them via the iTunes store which has to be one of the most
pleasant payment systems ever devised.

The idea is that Tabmags and Tabnewspapers will have not only print
and pictures, but imbedded "shows." The whole idea will help garden
writers.....a lot more, methinks, that Twitter (still a hugh waste of
time in this garden writers mind!).

Cheers,

Jeff L
