This afternoon was bright and sunny after a somewhat rainy morning, but
chilly. Will see what happens on a warmer, sunny day. Hope you're wrong!

Has anyone noticed that since the several days of very heavy rain in
Virginia and the mid-Atlantic area last week there have been no stink
bugs
around?

That's because they've moved into the wall void for protection. You'll
see them again on the next bright sunny day.
