I am in the process of arranging a meeting room for our use at the GWAA
symposium in Orlando Nov. 9-13.  Tentatively, we will gather at 1 p.m. on
Friday, Nov. 9 in a room near the registration desk at the hotel.  The
meeting will be very informal--just a chance to meet each other and put
faces to names.  Hopefully, we can gather later in groups to discuss more of
what transpires on this list.

I need a head count of possible attendees so that I can reserve the right
size room.  Bob LaGasse is working with us on this.  So.....if you will
attend this GWL brief meeting, please let me know ASAP offlist.  I need a
head count by Oct. 5.
