Re: Ivy of the Year announced
Dear Suzanne:
Is there any truth to the story my grandmother used to tell me about ivy not
growing in rooms where a gas stove is located? I ask this because I just
finished moving everything I own from a two-story with basement townehouse
to a one-story without basement townehouse for medical reasons. I love ivy
but remember my grandmother telling me this "fact".
By the way, please send me your email address so I can correspond with you
privately about your book on ivies. I am still planning on publishing a
review of that book but need to check some facts with you first. I don't
want to publish myths versus facts if I can avoid it.
Thank you in advance,
Diana Pederson (gardenwriter@enabling-gardens.com)
