Carolyn -- I'm really looking forward to GWA's symposium in Chicago next 
year...but people, especially Midwesterners, don't have to wait. The Chicago 
Botanic Garden has many great programs, classes and workshops year 'round. 
Usually once a year I trek up there from Indianapolis for a daylong program 
of some kind.
