beets and HTML encryption again?

Hi, all

Just returned from a most interesting tour of Alf Christianson Seed company
in Mount Vernon, Washington. Brought home the biggest purple cabbage - the
fetchingly-named "B9911" var. It must weigh 20 pounds and is about 4 feet
across. Looks like it's coleslaw on the menu for the next month.

I had no idea that the Skagit Valley was responsible for so much of the
beet seed production for the U.S., and also the world. Lots of good info
gleaned today.

Has anyone else been getting lots of weirdly-formatted stuff (again)? It
seemed to subside, and now some messages have the HTML encryption repeated
underneath, making the list about 5 times as long as it actually is.

It's no big deal, but...just curious.

Thanks...
