I apologize if I sounded personal. I didn't mean to "swear."  However, I do
want to emphasize that much of what is written in local media is really
nonsense...not by anyone on this list, that is for sure! After all, what
does it take to become a garden writer?

Lon, as for taking the peat thread to the organic list, I fear we would be
talking to ourselves. The interplay between organic and not is one of the
things we might all want to write about....
