Virus or Hoax?

Is this real or is it a hoax? Any info? Thanks! If this is real, I'm sorry.

My cousin sent me a long message about deleting this virus that may infect
contacts in your address book.

"The Virus has a Teddy Bear icon with the namejdbgmgr.exe   DO NOT OPEN
IT!!!"

There's a lot more in the email but I won't repeat it unless it is needed.
