Botanical question - Peppers

I have received two packages of peppers, both marked with common names.
I am hoping someone on the list can help identify these.

The first one is marked "decorative 'jigsaw' peppers." The second one is
marked "Arcdeco peppers, grow in multi-color lillie bushes."

I am guessing the second one may be the ornamental pepper that is sold
quite often as a houseplant. Is that edible?

I just received these so I have not grown them out yet. I am hoping that
will not be the requirement, but I bet it will be.
