This is a hoax. Before you remove anything from your computer or forward 
these nonsense reports to others, always check one of the virus hoax sites, like 
Hoaxbusters. Here is a link about the one you're worried about:

I have yet to see one of these virus warnings sent in an email that is

You can bookmark it and check it whenever you get another of these. I'm 
especially fond of the ones that tell me Bill Gates is giving away a million 
dollars to each of us. That's almost as much as I make garden writing each year.
