Re: Last Call for GWL Listserv Party

So far, 16 listserv members have RSVP'd for the party.

It will be on Friday, Sept. 9 at 5 p.m. in the Gallery Lounge off the main 
lobby of the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver.  Regional meetings are at 1:45 p.m. 
and the newcomers meeting is at 3:00 p.m.  The Garden Products Exhibition 
opens at  4 p.m., but the reception with appetizers and drinks isn't until 
6:30 p.m.  So our party should be a nice way to warm up for the
rest of the evening.  If the past is any indicator, fun will be had by all! 
Remember that this is a BYOD (buy your own drinks) event, but appetizers 
will be provided by generous members of the listserv.

Let me know if you plan to attend, so I can give the hotel a head count. 
They will need to set up tables, etc. in advance.
