Dressing for Awards Banquet

While we are on the subject of the GWA symposium--I noticed that there only
30 minutes between when the last concurrent session ends on Monday and the
Awards Banquet starts. Are we expected to wear the same clothes throughout
the day and into the evening? This will be my first symposium. I was told by
a veteran that people usually dress up for the awards banquet, but the
program says business casual.

What are people really going to wear?
