For me, no. I do all my consultation work through a garden center where I also run educational programs and start seeds.  The combination of these activities is a lot more interesting to me than unloading trucks, and this three-day-a-week job keeps me in touch with the gardening public in a way the writing and radio does not.   I have all the consultation work I can handle, and I don't have time outside of the garden center to take anything else on. 

The problem with listings such as these is that they are open to anyone who will pay to be included. Yes, someone can find the listings but what tells them that the people listed are GOOD?  I did an "emergency consultation" yesterday for a couple that had a yard full of MAULED trees, done by someone advertised locally as a professional "tree service."  (Not, I pointed out to them, a certified arborist.)  Will this listing include ratings from previous customers?  Will it be organized regionally by town so that people will be able to easily look for someone in their area?
