Amy,

Thanks for taking the time to explain a little deeper what the board is all 
about. I can see its worth. It is still a discussion, but the benefit seems 
to be the topic stays for quite a while.

I like emails coming to me to decide what interests me and what doesn't, but 
when I don't open them for a while, I'm reluctant to chime in. The board 
makes a later view and possible comment possible.

The only disadvantage for me would be taking the time to check it...(:>)
