GWL: Mailing at GWA?

Does anyone know if any sort of mailing arrangements have been made at the symposium  in Raleigh? If I need to figure out how to get my swag back home to Boston by myself, gotta start making plans now. 

BTW, the biggest part of negotiating for the symposium is over the details of the meeting rooms and the trade show venue. Plus the audiovisual requirements. Those are the things that can take big bucks -- and will cost all of us more in the registration fee if they're not reasonable.

I wonder if the difference in the cost of in-room Internet connections between cheap motels and "business" hotels is that the latter figure their clientele stay at the hotel because of its location and can afford pay for the connection, while those using cheaper motels may choose where they stay according to the various perks they need. (Hotels where businesspeople stay also generally charge for phone calls, while inexpensive motels often don't.)
