GWA Awards presentations

Anyone think it's unfair that if you've won a Silver Award it will only be
announced at the awards ceremony if you're there in person to accept it? No
one is allowed to accept on your behalf. So if you're not there your award
doesn't get a mention, just a slot in the display.
