Nan Sterman invites you on a special trip to Floriade World Horticultural Exposition in Venlo, Holland

Have you recovered from Indiana?  I'm working on it.  It was a fabulous symposium.  Thank you to the Indiana organizing committee (Jo Ellen, Irvin, Carol, et al).  

Speaking of garden tours, I'm very excited to invite you on a grand adventure with me and a small group of your soon-to-be best friends as we travel to Holland and Belgium for Floriade, the World Horticultural Exposition (www.floriade.com), May 4-13, 2012.

I've crafted this special tour for people just like us: garden writers, garden lovers, horticulturists, designers, floral designers and other green industry professionals. 

Our trip includes two full days at Floriade, several days in Amsterdam to visit private gardens and take in the sights.  We also get to experience the trading floor of the Aalsmeer Flower Auction (the world's largest).  We'll have a behind the scenes visit to the Keukenhof botanical garden when the tulips are at peak bloom.  Our travels will take us to private gardens, public gardens, a nursery, garden festivals, bulb grower and much more...

The Floraide World Horticultural Exposition comes around only ONCE EVERY 10 YEARS. It is the world's biggest horticultural event and a not-to-miss experience.
