TC:  There were over 100 people who opted out of the hard copy directory.
But because of the massive amount of third class sorting that needs to go on
with the bulk mail permit, GWA uses a third party to mail out the
directories.  They had the full list and the opt outs but this "first-ever"
experience was not without its flaws.  Several people still received their
hard copy.

You and I both got them.  The process is being refined as we speak.  Given
the mighty earth shift with this new on-line directory, I believe that we
will have even more people next year opting out and it will be a better
world.

We are trying to go paperless.  We are trying mightily to be sustainable.
It can't happen fast enough.

I received a directory in the mail after checking the box on my member page
saying I only wanted the electronic version, which I downloaded.

Now I have a hard copy too.

A little wasteful I think.
