FYI that there has been LOTS of recent chatter at the Facebook  page set up 
for GWA-Pasadena/LA this:

You might watn to check it at least daily while at the meeting as  folks 
are posting for shared airport rides, meal gatherings, etc.
 
Shared in this page were several things you NEED To know - like:
- no water bottles provided in kits - bring your own
- no breakfasts provided - pack or buy your own on-site
- karaoke/dance party not scheduled - several of us are exploring  
alternatives for after-banquet gathering
- two Saturday evening dinner alternatives - as dinner is on your own that  
eve and on Friday
and much more...
