Your 85% active ingredient is probably a wettable powder designed to be
mixed with water.
I bet what Clyde is talking about is 10% active ingredient meant to be
applied as a powder or dust. I have also seen 5% sevin on the market.
10% sevin dust is ready to apply from the bag as a dust.
Sevin WP (wettable powder) is mixed with water as instructed on the
label.
