Hi Cindy: I have H. rectifolia 'Chionea' which I bought from Ken Anderson.
Its med-lg, deep green with a white margin, has a "fountainlike" growing
habit. The leaves are long and thin and somewhat undulate. Has lavender
flowers. This year it developed a nice long scape full of seed pods that are
dark green and shiny. As Bob notes, there's a picture in the Hosta Library.
Best wishes, Kris
