Eola Sapphire

I bought an Eola Sapphire this summer and have been unable to find any
information about its parentage (other than that it is a Monrovia
introduction). Any clues? I bought it because it's weird--one eye only
and its enormous. But it hasn't done anything all summer. It looked at
first like it would become enormous, but has not. Just sits there.
