membership fee

twice the fee for the AHS ( two volumes a year) compared to home
members (others outside USA even more). So I would appreciate
an explanation as the US postal rates cannot be that high?
AHS home members $25
          europe $51

Compare this with the Bulletin of the Alpine Garden society (4
volumes a year each 100 pages (excluding the separate section for
advertisments) but half the size , more than 60 color pictures, ALL
articles high standard ie highly informative)PS overseas members
get 20 packets of seed for free to choose from more than 4000
AGS Bulletin home (UK) members $31
                          Overseas $34
or take another:
Haworthiad home (UK) members $17
                 overseas $19
