Twas the night before Christmas
And all over the net,
The cards were delightful
From some friends not all met!
But quickly we realized there's no time for pouting
Cause pixters were sharing their seedlings a-sprouting!
And off in FIRST LOOK - land (where seedlings are cherished)
And sports are like gemstones (not thought of as garish),
We've dug through the photos for ones that are new
And happy to say we found just a few.
We gathered them into a slide show to share
In hopes that Hostaphiles soon would go there.
Before you settle down for your long winter's nap
You might see some hostas not yet on the map!
And what to your plant-starved eyes will appear
But new hostas aplenty that you can see clear!
The entrance is hidden again like last year
With nary a sign as to how to get there.
There's a clue hidden here, to let you off the hook
