Re: Y2K Poll

No one I know of is making any plans to stockpile goods for Y2K. Seems the whole think is more of a bust then anything else.  I am worried a bit about some of the new viruses that are timed to execute on Jan 1. There was a list in the local paper of five that have ben recently identified that pass thru e-mail so please watch
out and don't open any attachments unless you're sure of the source.

My curiosity is getting the best of me. Could I please get some feedback from you about Y2K ? I am wondering how many of you are taking precautions and what the precautions are. I just returned from the supermarket where I was surprised to see the amount of bottled water some people are buying. The check-out clerk said they anticipate a rush for food and water between Christmas and New Year.
