Gerry probably knows more specifics about cigar plant than I, since she
only asked about the bat faced salvia. I believe it is a salvia, grown
here as an annual or in greenhouses. It is small, and has tiny, bright
red blooms that look like little red cigars, complete with ash on the
end. It's another plant that you don't really appreciate until you see
it close up.
